Elizabeth Rankins is a passionate and dynamic leader dedicated to entrepreneurship, executive management, and community advocacy. In 2015, she founded INNERWORKS Empowerment, a platform focused on helping women heal from past and present traumas while guiding them toward a life of purpose and wholeness. With more than 12 years of experience in hospitality management and customer service, Elizabeth’s expertise in strategic planning and leadership propelled her to become the CEO of Executive Decisions in 2023. Under her guidance, the company has empowered individuals and businesses to discover the missing elements for their success.

In 2024, Elizabeth is the CEO and Executive Decision Consulting at Pushing Peace Athletics, a 7-on-7 flag football program offering underprivileged children (ages 5-15) a safe and free space to stay active and engaged. Her commitment to youth development extends beyond sports; she also founded the Stingerz Cheerleading Program and the City of Gems charity initiative; both designed to uplift and empower young people. Elizabeth has also worked as an Executive Assistant with organizations such as M.S.A.G.V., Xavier CHAMP Camp, and Project Positive Push.
As a Peer Support Specialist, Elizabeth continues to drive personal growth and foster community enrichment. A visionary advocate for empowerment, she remains committed to creating spaces where individuals—especially women and youth—can heal, grow, and thrive.
